Serving Boerne

Currey Creek is committed to partnering with more than 10 local ministries meeting specific needs in our community.

Whether you are called to help the poor, homeless, or orphans or work with women or youth, we can connect you with a ministry where you can serve. We believe as the body of Christ unites across our community to serve “the least of these” we can make a powerful impact in Boerne and beyond.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

FCA's mission is to lead EVERY coach and EVERY athlete into a relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. We do this through a strategy "to and through the coach" as we engage, equip and empower them to be disciples who make disciples.

Linking arms with the local Church is a crucial part of our ministry, FCA was never intended to take the place of the local church. Those we reach on a local campus will (we pray) spend far more of their lifetime in a local Church body than an FCA Ministry environment. By helping coaches and athletes get plugged into a local Church community it will allow for their faith to continue to grow and flourish, surrounded by faithful community.

Hill Country Daily Bread

Hill Country Daily Bread is a Christian ministry that serves as a toolbox for Hill Country churches and communities to transform the lives of neighbors in need. Through mentoring and case management for adults and at-risk youth, basic needs are met with much more than food and material resources; they are met with relationships that transform lives with the saving power of Jesus Christ.

Hope Mommies

By your support we are able to put together and deliver Hope Boxes, which are gifts for bereaved mamas, so that they can connect with a community of women who have walked the rugged road of grief ahead of them. We also provide Hope Groups (bible studies specific to pregnancy loss) and memorial events in honor of their babies.

It also serves and encourages one another in relationships, fellowship and community between volunteers and brothers and sisters in need. The Vault Fostering Community

Vault is a community for foster families in the Hill Country area. We desire to help ease the burden by collecting necessities for families receiving placements with short notice. As we began to collect, sort and distribute items our passion grew for the greater needs that these families may encounter. When we stepped in and took a closer look, we saw people excited to change the life of a child, even if just for a short time. We cannot all be foster parents, but we can all be a part of ending the orphan crisis in some way.

Young Life

We accomplish our mission by ...Praying for young people. Going where kids are. Building personal relationships with them. Winning the right to be heard. Providing experiences that are fun, adventurous and life-changing. Sharing our lives and the Good News of Jesus Christ with adolescents. Inviting them to personally respond to this Good News. Loving them regardless of their response. Nurturing kids so they might grow in their love for Christ and the knowledge of God's Word and become people who can share their faith with others. Helping young people develop the skills, assets and attitudes to reach their full God-given potential. Encouraging kids to live connected to the Body of Christ by being an active member of a local congregation. Working with a team of like-minded individuals -- volunteer leaders, committee members, donors and staff.
