Membership
Romans 12:4 “For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same functions, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.”
As members of Currey Creek Church it’s healthy to revisit our shared commitment to be attached and functioning members of the body of Christ. In Romans 12, Paul compares relationships within the church to the interconnected parts of the human body. To be a member, then, is to commit to being a dependable part of the whole, much like a hand stays connected to and is supported by the arm. It’s an important and necessary commitment, so every two years we ask our members to recommit to membership at Currey Creek Church.
Are you a current Currey Creek member and need to renew your membership? Renewing your membership annually gives each member an opportunity to evaluate their status as a functioning member and helps the church know who is attached.
Are you looking to become a member? If you have not yet gone through our membership process, we invite you to consider joining our church body.
