Meet Marissa McCoy, our new Director of Children's Ministry!
It’s so great to be back in my hometown of Boerne to join the staff of Currey Creek! I have a passion to serve families and walk alongside volunteers as we navigate this life following Jesus. For the past 18 years, my family and I have lived in Friendswood, Texas, and while the weather was a little rough, we experienced a wonderful life in that community. Over 10 years of my life in Friendswood was spent serving on staff at a church called The Harbor; first in student ministry and finally as the Director of Women’s Ministry. Torin and I, along with our son, Cole, are graduates of Texas A&M University. Our daughter, Canaan, is also a Texas Aggie and just completed her freshman year. When I have some free time, I love being outdoors, hanging out with family, hiking the mountains of Colorado, and eating chocolate chip cookies! I can’t wait to join the amazing Currey Creek team and to meet you and your family personally as we strive to have fun and grow together in Christ!
