Breakaway 2023
Event dates: March 24-26, 2023
Registration opens November 10th
High School Upstream will gather at T Bar M in New Braunfels for a weekend of fellowship, fun, and spiritual growth with the intent to refresh and challenge students to live on mission in their community. (For Current 9th – 12th grade students)
REGISTRATION POLICIES:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: $50 Due at Registration
- $175 Flash Sale: November 10th - 17th (closes at noon Nov. 17)
- $195 Regular: November 18th – January 31st (closes at midnight Jan. 31st)
- $215 Late: February 1st – February 28th (closes at noon-no exceptions)
- All remaining balances MUST be paid by February 15th.
Any registrations with an outstanding balance on February 28th will forfeit their spot. You will receive multiple email reminders prior to the due date, but it is ultimately your responsibility to pay your balance.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Cancel ON OR BEFORE February 15th: Full refund (minus deposit)
- Cancel BY February 28th: 50% refund (minus deposit)
- Cancel AFTER March 1st: NO refunds will be given (payment will be transferred to our scholarship fund)
** Our actual cost per person for Breakaway Retreat is projected to be $255. If you would like to contribute to our Breakaway fund to help keep the cost of this retreat affordable for our families, you can do that by visiting our Give page and selecting Student Event Scholarship Fund.
