It is Currey Creek Worship’s goal to lead in a theologically driven manner. It’s important to us that we offer our King authentic worship that demands us to be in the moment, rather than participating in a ritual. It is our prayer that you leave a worship service feeling refreshed and closer in your relationship with our Lord and Savior. We long to keep our gaze fixed upon our King.
As a member of the Adult Worship Team, you will find that what we care about are relationships. We care most about your relationship with the Lord and want to do everything we can to make sure that it is strong. We are a family; we care about the relationships we have with one another; we want you to feel welcome and supported. We have a heart to develop your talents and abilities. We work hard to honor God with our worship and strive to be excellent in what we do. The Adult Worship Team typically serves on Sunday morning for services, as well as special events and holiday services throughout the year.
Worship Tech is a ministry of servitude. Our mission is to exalt God through our service by maintaining a distraction-free atmosphere of worship, while supporting the pastoral staff and worship team in accomplishing their goals. We accomplish this task through the use of sound systems, video projection, lighting, camera operation, and other relevant production technologies. We strive to be excellent, both technically and relationally, and as a function of that pursuit we place high value on camaraderie and fellowship together. Worship Tech serves year-round across all our venues for services and events.
The Creek Kids Worship Team is excited to be able to teach our children the importance of worship from a very young age. Through hand motions and live worship, we engage our children and reveal to them the importance of worshiping our King. It is a fun environment! If you have a heart to teach children how to worship, we would love for you to be a part of our team. Creek Kids Worship serves on Sunday morning for children’s services.
We take great pride in our Student Worship Teams. It’s normal to see a student participating on the Sunday morning adult team. Starting in sixth grade we begin teaching our students how to lead their peers in worship. We hold the same values with them as we do our adults. We care about their relationship with the Lord and we love to walk beside them as they live out these formative years. It has been our joy to watch students go off to succeed, as well as others come back home and participate as adults. The next generation of leaders are important to us and we do everything we can to pour into them. Our Student Worship Teams serve on Wednesday nights for our Middle and High School Upstream programs.
