The Medinas want to bring Christ to the Hispanic community, not only through preaching and training those who attend their home Bible study and church services, but seek them by visiting neighborhoods and communities of Spanish-speakers in and around their hometown of Boerne.

As these students go off to a new area of life, new challenges will surface, new spiritual attacks will arise, and hard decisions will need to be made. Yet our God is faithful and true! Our blessed Redeemer is there to comfort and guide! The Holy Spirit comes in fresh waves to strengthen and establish! These students have heard the Word of God. They have had the foundation of Christ and the Apostles laid before them. They are equipped to fight the good fight. It will be exciting to see what the Lord will do in and through them in the next few years. Congratulations seniors!

In the midst of uncertain times, we are certain in the mission Jesus put before us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” Matthew 28:19. We are called to make disciples and the way we go about it is through multiplication.

Our student ministry has seen fruit over the years for one reason alone, God’s Word. As pastors, we simply rest in the fact that God’s Word accomplishes what He purposes it to do. It is living and breathing, active and useful, and it never comes back void.
